It's a low-mileage Zong, with only 20,000 kms (12,000 miles) on the odometer.

Since the video appears to be from Columbia, and you, Spud, said 'pimp' I am guessing this might be owned by the guy who runs the escort service that sent the call girls to the Secret Service?!? 8O

Other than a few extra decals I don't care for I'd say that's a very tasteful 'pimp' job. :P

As with you, I don't care much for decals.

However, The owner of that Zong obviously enjoys it, and has put a lot of work into it.

The owner did make a couple of functional improvements to that Zong. I believe he installed an HID headlight. Also, note the nice tail light on that bike.

That is a nice seat! I think the stock seat is more comfortable, but that gentleman certainly went to a lot of effort/expense to improve the appearance of the stock saddle.
