TBR7 missing accessories

Hello fellow China riders! I received my bike today and I am missing all the accessories! I can’t put this thing together because it’s missing all the bolts and washers, mounts for the handle bars, kickstand and just so much more! I’m at a loss of what to do. The seller wants me to make a list and get the sku from https://partskit.com/collections/tbr7 to send them but I’m not sure of everything I need! Can anyone help me out? Is there a list of the accessories that come shipped with the bike?

Not being rude, but there isnt a box that was with the shipment in the crate?

I wouldnt even begin to know what all parts are needed, but it is a lot to go thru.

That’s not rude in the slightest! No, there wasn’t a box in the shipping crate though. Trying to talk to the dealer now to get either a new bike or accessory kit sent. Hoping to hear back Monday. I’ve tried to tell them that I didn’t have a parts list and there’s alot missing but they still want me to send individual SKU’s. Thanks for the info though! I’ll have to send them that picture and look on the website

Telling them the parts box was missing should be enough.


Who is the dealer in question? They aren't doing great with customer support.
