must be a popular chain i can find the rk 428 mxz 130 seems i could .take out a few links 35.00,if the 128 is an exact fit they have the Gb stand for gold standard for $45,00 still in a130 ,in rk chains finding 128 link challenging so far,i found some but hard chain to find i did find like said an oring one though yamaha xt 250 ,then a unibear 428 128 ,but all else would be 130 link ,so probley just need to cut a few out ,nevr thought finding a chain would be such a pain ,but the 128 link would fit the 16-45 tooth ???

Will these set up work for a storm as well? I'm 160lbs so I'm looking for a top speed of at least 70mph

Stock setup is 15 tooth front, 50 tooth rear. 130 link chain.

For a 16 front, 45 rear, you could easily run a 128 link chain.

My suggestion is to buy a 130 link chain and shorten it as needed in order to get the axle in a good position so that you have room to adjust tension as it wears, but also enough room that you can slacken it enough to remove and install the rear wheel easily. For me, this means having the axle just a bit forward of center. On a 17/43 sprocket combination, 128 links was perfect for me. For a 16/45, 128 links will also work well.

By the way, if you want to achieve the same ratio as the venerable 17/45 setup but without going bigger than a 16 tooth front, run a 43 rear.
