Bought a new engine, HELP

I recently bought a new 125cc engine, thinking SEMI-AUTO meant foot shifting, but no clutch. Apparently SEMI-AUTO means that there is a manual clutch?

There are no instructions with it, but the lever in the picture looks to me like a clutch. Is there a common manual clutch lever I can install for this? Or is it just the reverse lever?

Semi auto usually means it uses a gearbox but it doesnt use a manual clutch for shifting.

Yeah I ended up returning the engine. Even the box says "manual 125cc"
