Gio beast - fuel leaking?
K, so I have ridden my Gio Beast now for a couple of days. Not sure if this has always been happening and if I just noticed. The tube attached to the bottom of the carb (bowl?) has fuel dripping from it, constantly. I loosened the screw, fuel pours out faster. I tighten as much as I can, the fuel stops dripping for about 5 seconds, then starts dripping again. Any suggestions?

It's the float needle seat leaking... Pretty common for the chinese machines to have a lot of crud left in the tank from manufacture. It's a very good idea to run an inline filter and replace the gas line if you haven't already. My Beast did the same thing, had to pull the float bowl, remove the float and needle and then blow it out with compressed air... No more leaking after that
Edit: Fixed my spelling error, I meant to say "It's" not "I've" Oops! |

X2 on MIC's comments.
If the needle and seat still won't seal after cleaning, it's faster and easier to just buy a new 30mm Mikuni.
