Weird 163FML3F

hey guys, got myself my first motorcycle, its GPX gentleman 200 and it got kind of weird 163FML3F, its weirdness is that it has bore of 65mm and stroke of 59.5mm as per users manual, but google says that it actually has Bore and Stroke of 63.5mmx62.2mm main difference between these both fml163 engines is that mine is OHC and the one google shows me is pushrod... after some research 165fmm is looks more like mine but stroke is different, what the hell is going on, i want to swap in bigger head but not sure which one to get...

the reason for bigger hed is higher power and i need it because my bike actually weights 170kg which causes kind of dreadful acceleration...

nevermind, figured out that easiest way to get any decent power from this engine i would need to get whole new crankshaft head and camshaft, damn...
