Apollo DB-X19 vs Viper 150

Just as the title says, trying to decide on one of these.

Been looking around at used bikes, and not finding much worth buying around here. Mostly overpriced and/or used up.

Primary use would be a second/loaner/beginner rider bike. My adult daughter (5'4") wants to learn to ride and I also have several nieces and nephews that would like to try riding.

Looking for input from anyone who has experience with either of these models. If I don't find something used, I will probably pick up one of these within a week or two.

Thanks, Mike.

Wound up going with the Viper. Looked at several other pit bikes/dirt bikes but at the end of the day just liked the overall design the best. If I find that I don't like it once I've tried it out I'm sure I could sell it easily once riding season hits full swing.

Little late to respond, but I have read over the past few years the Vipers are hit or miss from a quality standpoint. I am not familiar with all the Apollo models, but they seem to be hits. I do like the fact that the Viper is a more traditional dirtbike with a vertical thumper than the masses of pitbikes that have become the norm the last few years with their horizontal engines.
