Rxb 250l

Hello all, Im new to this site and new to dual sport riding. I would very much appreciate it if someone could help me with information on the Orion RXB 250L. If anyone actually owns this bike and could give me their opinions and advise on it please?
I can only find a few very short (30sec) vids on it with no talking, no reviews at all.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Welcome aboard! I don't know of anyone yet that has one on here but a few are looking at it. I don't think you could go wrong buying it. Looks to be a well made bike for the money. Looks about the same as the Pitster Pro XTR T4 250 LC but for way less money.

They say its based off the KTM platform, which i like. Im thinking most likely on the 125 KTM.
I know they sell a "non-DOT" version of this bike. Anyone having that bike could also answer some questions i have concerning this bike as well.

I have one. Only have had it for a month. It was very easy to register for street use in Arizona. The bike really is a tinkerer bike. The bike came with a upgrade carb but I had to install it. Very difficult given the limited space. I'm still doing the break in period. I'm still trying to get the carb adjusted just so. Little obnoxious things. spokes not tightened properly. Turn signal bulb that will not go back in place. I'm still fighting to get my fingers in that space with the bulb. The speedo does not work. It always says zero mph. Front wheel seems to be out of balance (slight hop at high speed). Tinker Tinker. If you want a get on and go bike no so much. My kids CB300F just gas and go. Don't get me wrong I like the bike but It would be nice to be able to Just do without having to bother with little things.

Is this not like the bike Motocheez reviewed and did videos on?

I'll check out the sensor and move it closer to the rotor. Orion Powersports said it is the sensor but did not say what to do. Thanks imapdog.

Just needed to add a nut to adjust the sensor to be near the rotor. Very simple fix for the sped.

Just ran speed test on my RXB 250l with Nibbi 28mm carburetor installed. Full wide open throttle 66mph indicated on speedo and 60mph on GPS. So like most Chinese bikes 10% over true. That was max speed nothing left in reserve. I'm thinking smaller rear sprocket to get a little more top end.

I ordered the same bike a week or so ago, supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I paid the extra $129 for the Pro Setup which includes break in and 2 oil changes, lubed axles, and the Mikuni carb. I hope it turns out to be a decent bike...

Does anyone know what bike the forks and shock are cloned from? I weigh 190, so I'm sure the springs will be way too soft for dirt riding at anything above a putting-around pace.

I'd still go over it with a fine toothed comb, and it'll still need to be broken in. "Pro assembly" doesn't mean much in the Chinese bike world.

Oh I totally agree! I was thinking the Pro Assembly would be done by Orion Powersports in TX. Am I wrong on this?

Might be easier to change the front sprocket instead if available.
