How to lubricate steering shaft on Bull 200

Just wondering how to lubricate the steering shaft without taking anything off, does it have a bearing at the bottom or is it just a bushing of some sort?Is there a lubricating place at the top?Should I worry about using something that is compatible with rubber or plastic?
And if it has a bushing at the bottom could it be replaced with a bearing?
I went to partskit and in the schematic it shows a bushing,no. 11 but when you click on it,it just shows a hex lock nut.
