OPT7 LED Headlight Bulb
So installed this about two weeks ago but just got around to getting some pics of it. The install was fairly straight forward the only things i had to do to make it fit was cut a small section out of the plastic retaining clip to fit it on the bulb due to the large heat sink and fan. The only other thing is the boot will no longer fit over the back. The pictures were taken with no flash and night mode off but they still do not do justice to how bright it is. easily 10x better than stock.
Here is the link to the light. http://www.amazon.com/OPT7-Motorcycl...motorcycle+led This is the headlight from the side. This is the low beam. This is the high beam.

Looks like you are going to give the night-aliens a sunburn.

Thanks for posting the review of the LED headlight.
If you reduce the size of your second photo, the thread will be much easier to read.

I would love to buy one of these lights, but I think it is too long to fit any of my 4 headlights. If you have time, please measure the length from the base of the H4 mounting plate to the back of the bulb. I want to know how far the heat sink of this bulb extends from the back of the headlight.

wish I had measured on mine too. I installed the opt7 on my klx250 and am well pleased with it. I painted over a small patch at the bottom of the lens on front of headlight housing. there was an objectionable light pattern on low beam on upper outside edge of light pattern. I believe just about all of the led headlight bulbs each have a slightly different shape of reflector necessary to project the perfect light pattern. For a KLX the opt7 is pretty close and this spring I will be experimenting with moving it in and out to try for perfect.
