They're dealing with people who don't know, or are going to get financing and don't care, not surprising.

Haha, more power to ya powerhouse. There's a sucker born every minute. I gave $1197 delivered for same bike in feb. Everybody plays the game, buyers and sellers.

Like Jrgunn5150 said, they're dealing with people who don't know. CB's aren't the norm out there in the biking world and if it's parked next to other Japanese 250's on the floor selling for twice as much, it will look like a smokin' deal.

Maybe they use it to boost Honda sales. "Hey look, for only a little more $ than this used Chinese bike you can buy a Honda".

It would be interesting to know how much they gave for it, maybe they accidentally overpaid and are trying to recoup.

That would be a good tactic really, possibly. Here in Grand Rapids there are bout 50 different Chinese/Russian scooter dealer's, it's like they're a team, they want 1000 for a flipping moped lol.
