Anyone in Indiana have one of the hawk 250 registered for road use yet? Did you have any issues?

Had to return my Hawk 250 Could not register in PA

I strapped mine to a pallet yesterday for the long trip back to TX. The state of PA would not allow me to register the bike. It took 9 months of back and forth with the state only to be finally turned down in a conference call with the Manager of the Vehicle Inspection Division. They would not refund the taxes I paid to attempt the registration and kept all of my paperwork. Please beware PA will not register these bikes for on road use. Thankfully the company I bought it from has decided to allow me to exchange it for a bike PA will register.

I would be in touch with my district attorney and a good lawyer. If you don't challenge it, they get away with it and it also emboldens them for more police state actions.

For anyone else who might have problems, the CSC TT Special will be EPA and CARB certified for approval in 50 states.
