BD250-6 performance modifications

I just bought a Venom Z250 (Boom BD250-6) and I'm a little bummed to see it makes less power than my Xpect 200.

Are there any performance modifications or parts you would recommend to increase power?

Can it be converted from EFI to carburetor and could that increase the HP?

Anybody know of a ECU tuner that works on these bikes? I wouldn't imagine changing the air filter and exhaust would do much without adding more fuel.
