Where to buy Sprockets ( XP200 )

My new to me XP200 Is running smooth with 3,900 Kilometers on the clock
but it really needs to be re-geared.

i am 8,000 RPM @ 65mph indicated

Is there a website or a link where i can go order a rear sprocket?
what size do you owners recommend?

Google JP (I think...) Powersports in San Diego. They are a Q dealer and have a good selection of hop up and regular parts and some experience. They can hook you up.

I got mine through Bike Bandit. Had em in stock and shipped fast. No problems....
Though...steer clear of making it to tall. I went with the larger countershaft and smaller rear and it would run out of power at speed.
I actually gained speed putting the stock countershaft back on and bringing the R's up somewhat.

Good point 2LZ!

I did not check WHICH Q we were talking about!

The XF benefits from regearing. The XP does best stock. Voice of experiance here also.

i will def leave the gearing alone then thanks for the input.
my only thing is, constant riding at 6,500 - 8000 rpm isn't going to hurt the bike?

I'll go home tonight and look to see what rear sprocket I have and get back to you.
When I changed both front and rear, it was to tall. I just kept the smaller rear sprocket with the stock countershaft and it was perfect. Definite improvement. I felt the gearing to short in stock form, on my XP.

It's a little bike.

It can only do so much, and it needs the revs to make enough power to travel at those speeds.

It's made for it and it's normal and OK. Change the oil and check the valves regularly and you're golden. 8)

Found the info!
44 tooth rear JTR809.
I got it at Bike Bandit, (not sure of their part #) as mentioned earlier....it was very inexpensive and also, steel!
Again, going any taller than that produced top end power loss and loss of top speed.
