It's alive..... some what

So I got my Taotao 150g running... starts, idles and is good to putter around the yard at about 1/4 to 1/2 throttle any more than that and it starts to sputter and bog out.. I knew it was running rich so I raised the clip on the needle. After letting the kids ride it a bit tonight I figured I'd check the plug for signs of how it was running.. what do you guys think?

Ok that's what I thought also just wanted a second opinion. The ATV starts and idles great now. Should I try a hotter plug and/or adjust the needle to lean it out to try and fix the throttle response at higher speeds?

Maybe throw a smaller main jet in it.

So last night I raised the clip on the needle up one more setting (now its at the highest setting) and still bogs out. Could this be the main jet issue (too big)? The original carb said PD11 on the side of it and I purchased a new PZ27 carb... But I have the main jet from the PD11 in it.. not sure what the size is though.

Does the jet have any markings?

Kids drove it for several hours last weekend... after a few adjustments seems to be running better. Have a look.
