Apollo Agb 36c 250 Wont Start

i know that this is en electrical problem. The bat is good the, no spark getting to the spark plug, but there is power to the starter.

Not sure if you are looking for help or not ,so assuming that is what you want ,I would first try a spark plug ,then check all the safety switches like kick stand ,clutch ,neutral safety ,engine kill , ,and if there is still no joy it's time to look at the stator ,cdi and coil components and circuits .

Im gonna sleep on it. does the ignition need to be grounded?
