Need help locating physical VIN number on my dirtbike

[SPN54]

I have a 2015 RPS Hawk 250cc Dirtbike and need help locating the VIN number on the bike. My MSO came blank when I bought the bike and am now in the process of obtaining a filled out MSO from the seller but I cant seem to find the VIN on the bike. The only number i found was on the bottom of the motor that is 8 digits and has the star symbols on both sides. Where is the 17digit VIN on this bike?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Turn the handlebars to one side ,the numbers are on the frame neck between the handlebars ,usually on the right side ,not sure about the hawks

TBR7 in same place,think hawk would be the same.

Right where you said it was except it was on the left side. Really appreciate it.
