Vitacci Cruizer 250

Hey all, I just saw Vitaacci added a new 250cc cruiser. Does anyone have any info on the actual OEM of this bike so we can get the model and more info (esp if it's CA legal)? Thanks everybody!

https://www.vitacci.com/motorcycles/cruizer-250/

If you wanna buy it I found it here for $3500

Just a quick follow up for all the other California riders here; I found a listing for the bike on Extreme Motor Sales and the description says street legal in all states except CA

It's a Jonway YN250T-6 which by coincidence is the same model number as the Vitacci GTO 250. Looks like they are slipping another bike in under another EPA certification for a completely different engine. The certification is for a single cylinder 244cc engine with a auto transmission which it clearly is not. If you read the specifications it clearly states the bore and stroke 62 mm × 53mm which is 320cc.

I agree, they seem like 2 completely different bikes. I've reached out to Vitacci so I post anything I get back
