Titan 250 frame cross bar threads

Does anyone happen to know the size and thread pitch for the cross bar on an xpro titan 250, behind the front tire on the lower frame where it looks like a radiator would bolt onto? And maybe the distance fron center to Center? I am fabbing up a metal tool holder for my bike just in case something happens so I'll have the right tools for fixing anything that happens and this is where I want to bolt it on at I just don't have my bike close by right now and thought someone may know or be generous enough to measure it for me if possible if not I'll get around to it this weekend... thanks alot guys and gals !!!
