BMW F650GS Snub-nose copy
Chinese version of the beemer f650gs, bottom photo.bmw-f650gs.jpg
copybmw.jpg A few years back one of my bucket-list items was to do the Baja 500 on a beemer Dakar F650gs. Seven grandkids later, it's still on my bucket list. |

That's not a bad price for a new chinabike. However, I don't think the cast wheels would hold up very well for off road riding.
If you can convince your wife, you have the opportunity to add another Chinese motorcycle to your stable!

Spud, I'd spend the money on a well equipped beemer if I had the chance to do the Baja 500. Might try it on a Zong, but the beemer is a pretty well proven machine, but also expensive with the Rotax engine. One of my favorite bikes. I almost bought a well kept used one when I retired for $5300, but got cold feet.

That's an amazing price, almost as good as the goold old days. I wonder about shipping, and ease of getting tabs and a plate.
Those wheels are just plain wrong for that style. I bet there was a warehouse full of them in Beijing...

The advertisement is for a brick and mortar shop in Atlanta, Georgia. Therefore, I hope they aren't going to add any bogus freight, dealer prep charges, et cetera.
Besides the mag wheels, I don't think you could find knobby tires for that bike.
