I think there's a problem with my clutch

ok so i tried loosening the bolt and i found a huge crack in the teeth of the gears on the outer part of the clutch, really unfortunate, but im looking into getting the engine replaced, or a refund. I cant believe this eBay seller would send something as damaged as this, hopefully i can get a full refund or a new engine. I might need more help in the future with new projects, or even this one. For now, this thread will be closed. Thanks for all the help.
