RPS Hawk 250: 2 issues

Yeah, the heat could be a problem but, I've had 3 different carburetors on it so no float issues here. I did notice today. That there was what appeared possibly gas around the engine head or something. Maybe a head gasket leak?

Deficiently would explain the serging. Right? I have no idea how they attached it on or torque settings when I get there. I'm a 2 stroke person I know very little about these four strokers.

They're much more simple.
