Doh! Valve adj now ruff / low / no idle (problem solved)

Well I lowered my engine and adjusted my valves to .05mm in and .08mm out. The intake was too tight and the exhaust was too loose. I also installed a oil cooler. Now my bike wont idle. The idle varies 500 or so rpm and is way low and the bike will stall if I don't keep on the throttle. Its always been rock solid before. Would the valves being out of adjustment do this? In the past when I've seen this it was a vacuum leak. I had the T on the flywheel lined up and both rocker arms had play.
