It's been a while, but I went ahead and ordered from 360sports.com (RPS). I can see why they've gotten the reputation mentioned. No paperwork accompanying used and (reasonably) scratched fairings. I knew they were blue but the post didn't indicate they weren't new. I'm satisfied with my first attempt at painting plastic. I did about three rounds of wet sanding and used a paint adhesive.
