Hi from NY - SSR Razkull Rider
Greetings from New York!
Wanted to say hey & do a mods/upgrades/parts list for my 2017 "DUCOPY" SSR Razkull 125. Advice for anyone with a Razkull or a Venom / Ice Bear clone copy: TOSS the stock carburetor ASAP. Go over all engine bolts w/ Loctite or stronger replacements first, then immediately swap the carb. My stock PZ19 carb literally blew off at the bowl while cruising on the highway @ 50mph. Bought it barely used w/ about 17 mi. and put on about 1300 mi. + in the past 4 months. The monster is running a little rich as I'm still tuning but, overall it's been a blast & quite reliable for such an inexpensive street bike. It gets so much more attention than any Grom on the street. - Mikuni VM22 Upgrade Kit (Chinese clone - the carb, intake manifold & gaskets were all pretty good quality and have been strong for over a month now!) http://a.co/d/27cTF4o - # 125 Main Jet (these were the only jets that fit this carby, various sizes in kit) http://a.co/d/h6Bojpi - # 40 Pilot Jet (this particular carby took the Keihin 3J pilots - stock carb came w/ a poorly drilled #38 Keihin 3j slow jet, I might swap back to a #38 but a higher quality one from jetsRus) https://jetsrus.com/a_jets_by_carbur...n_3J_slow.html - 38mm K&N style Air Filter + inline fuel filters http://a.co/d/5RaT0ax - Red 135 degree silicone elbow (connects air filter to carby without pushing on plastics) https://www.pegasusautoracing.com/pr...sp?RecID=11551 - Clear fuel line replacement http://a.co/d/7g48ifu - NGK CR6E plugs (6965) http://a.co/d/6bibMcm - UNI crankcase breather filter http://a.co/d/iOFaAC1 - SC Project - Grom Full Exhaust (Super loud & throaty, installed fairly easy. Decent quality for the price, carbon wrap started to pull up a little after a month. Performance was still great, but it's just a little too loud IMHO. Muffler didn't come with a dB killer... prob buying a quieter muffler in the near future.) https://ebay.us/wlCVIP - Jrl Exhaust crush gasket for header pipe to engine exhaust outlet (fits perfect) http://a.co/d/1lvbgWx - 16T Front sprocket (+1 in the front, def added 3-5mph on my top end without sacrificing acceleration. First gear is a slight bit longer & more usable now) http://a.co/d/iL7Qou0 - 34T Rear sprocket (stock gear size, just better quality upgrade) https://www.whygostock.com/ssr-razku...rear-sprocket/ - RK Racing 428 heavy-duty Gold Chain (110 links but only needed 108 w/ this particular gearing, looks amazing) http://a.co/d/bW698fF - Michelin City Grip tires (120/70-12 , very grippy - now the bike sticks to pavement like crazy & no more sliding around in wet weather...highly recommend these tires!) http://a.co/d/gu6eFF1 - MZS Shorty Brake & Clutch Levers (for a Grommy but were a perfect fit. Great build quality. Definitely smoother shifts & much easier to find neutral over the stock levers) http://a.co/d/dqr2pu9 - MZS Bar End Mirrors (Poor build quality, eventually both flew off of bike randomly, mounts weren't strong nor fit well) http://a.co/d/c4JmWh5 - Kawell Universal Bar End Mirrors (Much better quality than MZS's, but not as cool, they def have a better sight range as well) http://a.co/d/9T6SrAl - Cougar Motor H11 LED Fog Light Bulbs (slightly better hi/lo beams vs. stock) http://a.co/d/iTdhb7B - Beamtech H11 LED Head Light Bulbs (Much brighter than Cougar's & significantly better than stock. Couldn't fit into the hi beam and mount the headlight assembly back on. Running 2 Cougar bulbs for now.) http://a.co/d/eYV99ku - Vagabond Motorsports Fender Eliminator kit (for the 17+ SSR Razkull... it's a little pricey, but worth every penny...super easy & clean install) http://a.co/d/0Hddd6d - USB Charger http://a.co/d/iHnF1s4 - Roam cell phone mount (so far so good!) http://a.co/d/0UmaOti - uxCell water-proof Horn upgrade (much louder than stock, simple swap... but, the sc project exhaust is still the loudest thing on the bike hehe) http://a.co/d/2aQbCAF - Stop-Alert FastFlash LED Brake Light strobe (def makes you more noticeable when braking) http://a.co/d/9sQjLdm Some pics to follow! |
