There are two ways to go that come to mind. You can either take the jet into the local Honda shop and ask them to match it up (which is easy for them), or you can buy a digital vernier caliper from HF (super cheap). If you buy the caliper, you can measure and compare with the jets r us site.

well after having been to my local Honda place as well as the Yamaha place i am convinced that jets are not available for this Keihin PD carb.

i think i am just going to bite the bullet and buy a Mukini

i cant believe that its this hard to find jets for a name brand carb.

okay im looking a mikuni on ebay and it is a 30mm

i called the place selling it and asked about the jet sizes

idle jet: 20

main jet: 100

so im assuming i may need to order jets for this one, but the mukini, according to the place selling it has no model number or any other stamping other than "mikuni" so if i want to order jets how do i know which ones to buy without waiting for the carb to come in the mail....

after further research i believe the Mikuni is an XR 30

the thread you linked to prove to me that the jet will separate seems to be the same carb. i see you went with 22.5 and 110 size jets. how did those work out? and where did you order them from?

i also plan on removing my exhaust and seeing if i need to smooth out the weld.

The 22.5 is too small for my needs; a 25 is much better. I'm going to try a 30, just to see what happens. The 110 main is good. I bought mine from the local Yamaha dealer.

I hope you have as much luck with the 30mm Mikuni as I have.

My guess is this one: Large Round

I think that you're right on the slow jet, although mine measure 1mm longer; all the other measurements are the same as mine. My slow jet being 1mm longer won't make any difference.
