interesting

I was reading this post.http://www.chinariders.net/modules.p...ewtopic&t=1892.
I didnt want to hi-jack his post(trying to stop doing that) besides this belongs here more soooooo anyway.

I checked out their ATV's at the site and found a Quad that is a copy of my wifes 350 raptor and thought it would be interesting to buy one and see how it compares to hers but it cost $3k and the raptor cost $5k.
For me $3k is a bit much to experiment on for just one.
http://www.powersportsmax.com/produc...roducts_id/567The copy.
Although their claim of (quote)"It will cost you more than $7000 to own a yamaha raptor" is false/misleading since the raptor 350's cost $4999 or less-new.
Their add also says sometihng about a kick starter but I see no kick starter on it, maybe it is an option
So has anyone bought one of these ATV's?

http://www.yamaha-motor.com/sport/pr...0/gallery.aspxThe real deal.
I'll end up with about $1500 in my 250x-300ex train wreck test project anyway.

It reminded me of an ATV magazine(dirt wheels(june-07) that has a trade show article that reported the confiscation of some chinese made products that infringed on copy rights.Yes they actually came into the trade show and took several vehicles.
