Was the chain misalignged from factory or did it just stretch?

The chains stretch on these things alot at first and need to be checked/maintained often.

I have HONDA 300ex (bought used) and some nitwit removed the case saver, failed to maintain its chain and it piled into the case blowing a hole into it.So yeah I will fix it but it is to easy to avoid.

It can happen to just about any chain driven vehicle.

Yep I agree, any toy will break with a lack of sensible maintenance. I have a Kazuma Falcon 110 and the thing has been bulletproof for about 2 years. Decent prep will same you a ton of heartache.

So was it bought new at a dealer or was it drop shipped to your door?

Was the chain and everything else checked before using it or was it just slapped together and ridden.
I guess it really doent matter at this point so maybe you should just start at the beginning and give the thing a good looking over to make sure it is all right.

I have looked at the china ATV's up close, not all of them but quit a few and have not been impressed with what I have seen there are few out there I'd like to get a closer look at still.

I've been putting together my 300ex today and it is going well.I have been putting it off for to long with working on my 200gy and my 70cc motoredbike(<lots of fun)I dont know if I'll get it done this summer.
