CSC hasn't done anything wrong. I'm betting your bike arrives in perfect shape, and you start a new string of good luck with the Zongshen RX3.

As far as I know mine is the ONLY bike that was damaged in shipping and the parts have already been installed to make it factory new. No big deal.
