Thanks for posting the nice photos of your installation.

I might be willing to make mental calculations for an analog speedometer, but I want a digital speedometer to be accurate. When I take a quick glance at a digital speedometer, I want that number to be correct.

I think the SpeedoDRD is an excellent, long-term investment for the RX3, and I am glad I bought mine.

Thanks Spud and my wife thanks you more as she used to follow me at the old indicated mph and would drop waaaaay back after a few miles in fear of getting a ticket and would accuse me of speeding. I insisted that the speedometer was off and she said well if its off then FIX IT!

I figured I better find a solution before she starts harassing Ryan at CSC again.

when you buy this speedo gismo can you calibrate it for the rx3 buying a used one with instructions

Yes, you could buy any used model of the SpeedoDRD, and calibrate it using the instructions posted on the website, and shown in the following video.

Greetings all. Ron Cowan here. I have purchased a speedodrd for my RX3. Am new to the forum. I see references to a step by step write up on the install but have not found it as of yet. Is there one?

I posted instructions for the SpeedoDRD installation at the beginning of this thread. If you have any difficulties with the installation, don't hesitate to ask questions in this thread. Other members and I will be happy to help you with any problems you encounter.
