No go for Polk/Ringold/Story counties-Iowa
I called the DMV today in Polk County today and they can not find the Hawk 250 from their dummy box drop down list so they will not register it.
I've been told from a local distributor that Ringold and Story county also will not register them BUT.... in Marion county there are no problems at all. In fact, there are quite a few of them buzzing around Marion county. Piss me off. |

Although... I'm a complete noob here, just starting to get a handle on things. Today I saw the Hawk 3 (Shark, whatever you want to call it) being listed as 49 state legal. If that's true, then problem solved!
As a side note, if someone is kind enough to list the differences between a Hawk 1, 2 and 3 I would greatly appreciate it. |
