RabbitScooters.com Update

Update: 03/10/08 I called Rabitt on 03/06/08. They have not returned my call to this day.
I sent an E-mail on 03/07/08. On 03/08/08 They said in a e-mail they will send the chain guard, But not mention of the front fairing.
I sent another e-mail on 03/08/08 asking about the replacement fairing and I also attached several photos showing the damage. NO response to this day!

Previous information:
On 03/06/08 I received a package from RabbitScooters.com. In it were 2 side fairings, 1 main front fairing, and the chain guard I was waiting for.
The front fairing I received is scratched, dirty and looks used. Its a (Metallic) red 2007 year I believe, but my bike is (Solid) red 2008 model!
The chain guard I received is for a dual sport, but my bike is a GRX 200 Street Bike!

Today is 03/10/08. It has been 72 (seventy two) days for RabbitScooters.com to complete their part of my purchase agreement made on 12/28/07. I'm still waiting!

Hi. Thank you for your support.

Right now I'm preparing with all the processes at my disposal.

It just doesn't seem right that they get away with this type of shoddy business practice.

I am willing to give them just a little bit more time. Its really very simple. All they need to do is send the parts they owe me. Period.

Hi guys.

Important New Update:
I have just been informed that I'm being accused of using this forum as leverage to resolve my problem with RabbitScooters. Theres also been a hint that this is the reason their not fulfilling their contractual obligation.

It seems to me that this says a lot more about the parties involved then anyone could ever put into words. I rest my case.

Thank you. Buyingchina

I am only posting about my experiences here, and not buyingchina, I do hope they can sort that out for him though...

I have spoken to Brian, and he did apologize to me about the "argument" I had with one of his employee's... I was checking with him about some after market parts and he was helpful and made sure he got all the information for me so I didn't end up ordering the wrong parts... In the end it wasn't quite what I was looking for, so I didn't purchase, but with his apology, and checking into the parts as closely as he did I am pleased with them now... I just wanted to update here and say that my grudge is over, and in the future if I do need a part they stock I would consider buying from them...

I do hope they get things straightened out with buying china soon though, good luck.

I cannot speak for the experience of others, but to be fair, rabbit got me my air filter and jet in just over a week. It came via priority mail.

Hi. I am glad to hear that you got what you paid for.

I would never say to anyone " DO NOT BUY FROM RABBITSCOOTERS", Al tho I would respect any one that did, or would.

And, I would not be foolish and recommend them.

Thank you for your support. Buyingchina

I would also like to add that I've had two bikes from Rabbit Scooters and many parts with no issues at all. All delivered in a timely manner.

Just my two cents.....

Thanks,

Almon

An update on my dealings with Rabbit,

I spoke with Brian and ended up ordering a part, it came in a timely manner, as described, with a ups tracking number. It was a very smooth transaction.
