Value really depends on condition and your local market. No real blue book value to go off of with these things.
As far as parts. This site can be a good source of engine parts as long as you know what you need. http://www.motopartsmax.com/index.php/main_page/index Otherwise, aliexpress, TaoBao, Banggood. all good places to find parts.
