Do you have the perches adjusted to the fully soft position?

I have one more softer notch left on the front but I think I will need more than that. I will try that first though! The rear is at it softest position.... Thanks for your input...

I bought a pair of fronts from EBay item# 322578000342. Definitely better ride than original but should have bought 375mm instead of 400mm. One has started leaking slightly. Currently looking for a better rear shock.

Thanks, I will check ebay. What brand were they and were they adjustable, let me know what you find for the rear..
