Thanks for the heads up! I think my swingarm is coming today. Where on the frame will I need to grind? Probably will make sense when I try to bolt it up?

Yeah u will know, where it bolts to the frame, some ground the swingarm but since I have the brass bushings I did the frame.

How do you connect a gear indicator from the 190 to the cluster? I didn't notice any wires for it coming from the engine (pictures only).

You install the sensor from the 125 to the 190

Finally got my old swingarm off last night. Take about a blade length off of the right side of the frame?

sweet. I figure with everything torn apart I might as well replace my rear sprocket as well. Is the grom sprocket a direct fit do you know?

Yes bolts right on. Also a good time to put grom wheel bearings in if u ever have plans to swap in a 190cc. I also changed the rear hub and the rubber pucks to Grom in preparation for the 190. I am amazed by the difference in quality, huge improvement.
from this...

to this

Heres the sprocket I got-this is a 32t I currently have a 34t on the bike.

Awesome. I'm probably gonna get everything together and running before I get new sprockets and a chain. I'll probably upgrade the hub and bearings at a later date. Tonight I grind the frame. Kinda nervous lol.

It did! Luckily I had some friends to hold the bike up, and hold a flashlight for me. Have you done your motor swap yet? I'm curious if the carby needs tuning or if its good to go right out the box. Still have not really looked into how to mount the oil cooler either.

No not yet. I have a few more things I want to do first. I heard a re-jet is to be expected on the carb and the oil cooler mounts on the bracket where the horn is and then just mount the horn somewhere else. I'm guessing it's probably going to be a mid to late summer project. I already have the motor but I just have to many other things to do first.

If your somewhat mechanically inclined it should be just a couple hours job, I know forsure it won't take long. I think changing the swingarm is probably more involved than swapping the motor.
