Zongshen 250cc watercooled engine oil

Hi everyone!
I am new to forums and need some information regarding engine oil.
I installed a zongshen 250cc engine with 4 valve 5 speed OHC engine.
My technician recommended 20W50 which is fine but it is only API SG SEA?
It says on box not recommended for motorcycle engines, but many says its best for this engine?
What about JASO MA2 certified oils? I am confused.

For reference this is my engine but mine is black painted this is silver.
https://www.alibaba.com/product-deta...20ba24cfwpYWKc

Can anyone explain? because i think it has wet integrated clutch which non JASO MA oil can ruin? Any help will be appreciated
Thanks

Only run oil designed for wet clutch. Lots of people here run Rotella t4 or T6 with no problem. I run Quicksilver 20/50 full synthetic. Don't run synthetic until the engine is fully broke in though.

Most 10w40, 15w40, and 20w50 oils will work just fine even if they didn't go through the "wet clutch" JASO tests... Rotella and or Super Tech 15w40 is inexpensive and works great in most motorcycle/atv engines, usually costs under $14 for a gallon for those 2 brands

Just do not use 0w20, 5w20, 0w30, and 5w30... basically any oil with the "Energy Conserving Star" should be avoided in a "wet clutch" engine/transmission

Thanks for your answers, i changed my oil flushed the old oil and put liqui moly 20w50 4t street and was expecting better results but bike now feels sluggish and is accelerating slowly. Engine temperature remains normal but bike is definitely not accelerating like it use to. I was previously using havoline 20w50 sae api sg although it says not recommended for motorcycle engine ,the bike accelerated very well , i could feel the power it felt that engine was running openly, now it feels cramped and suffocated. Any ideas? Thanks

some oils are like that.... replace it..
My choice is always Motul 5100
also sold as Yamalube..
any oil with a JASO-MA rating is fine..
it not so much the oil but how often you change
it that is the main factor..
