Sounds like a hard part in the clutch assembly has popped loose or broken. Can you move the clutch lever on the engine by hand? If so, is it really loose? If it is, you'll need to open it back up to see what the exact issue is. Pictures would be helpful, though they are kind of a pain to post here on Chinariders due to file size constraints; you'll need to resize them. You could always post them over in the RX4 thread on the ADVRider forum.
