Help With Tuning

Ok, so I downloaded Hud ECU hacker and downloaded my def file. I have been looking at the table but to tell the truth I am a bit lost. Is there anyone that can give me a hand? The bike is a '23 Vitacci Titan. It does have mods- pod filter, exhaust derestriction, ported head and 250cc cyl as opposed to the 223cc that it came with. It currently runs well but I believe that a tune would help the mods shine a bit more. It does great in the midrange especially since the mods but after about 7k rpm it kinda falls flat.
