New From Michigan

Hi everyone, not necessarily new but I am going to start being active.
From Michigan and I am going to be picking up something soon before spring after deliberating on this for a while.

Good luck with your choices. I haunted this place for a couple months while doing my due diligence before pulling the trigger.

Thanks! I appreciate the welcome, I personally have been in limbo for 2 and a half years.

What class are you looking into? Standard dual purpose 14hp (Hawk, Storm, Brozz...)? enduro entry level off road oriented 20 hp (Orion RXB 250, Trailmaster TM36, Templar...)? Road oriented full sized enduro (KPX250...)?.

Or are you looking more to the higher end like TM38, GPX 250...)?

Leaning towards the carbureted Hawk 250. It seems to be the one with the most information on it and also the one everyone seems to have good experiences with. Especially since with a few minor and cheap upgrades people seem to get whatever they want out of it, for road or off road use.

If I am going to be doing the common upgrades to it.

Here is a amazon list I am putting together, I think that is most of it.

Feel free to make suggestions.

Imo you can't go wrong with the hawk. I've owned many china bikes over the years and the hawk is a huge step up from what i've had previously. I trust it to take me anywhere.
