1 year warranty from XXX Motorsports

When I bought the bike, I spent the extra $99 for the 1 year warranty.

I thought my starter went out about a month ago, so I filed a warranty claim on their website. About a week later, I had a tracking number for the new starter. I actually got it in the mail last weekend. It ended up not being the starter, just my dumbass not knowing much about bikes, so I sent the new part back to them.

The other day at 154 miles, my speedometer cable broke. Today I rode around trying to find one locally, just to see if I could find a compatible one, but nothing turned up.

I filed another claim this morning on their website and talked with a tech online that verified he received the claim for the cable and it is now processing.

Overall, I am very impressed with their customer service and warranty/tech department.

Just wanted to share my experience with everyone.

Nice to hear good news in regards to the big drop shippers support of their products. Glad XXX is taking care of you. Kudos on returning the starter too. Says a lot about you! Your a good man!

How was the assembly? I've never built a bike before, but the website for XXX says 85% assembled. Shipped for $1029 has got to be a great price...what did you pay?

1129 shipped because I added the warranty.

Check out the tech section for the how-to on how to put this bike together.

Basically...

put the wheels on
headlight
speedometer
rear linkage
battery
handlebar
front fender

some other msc things i can't think of off the top of my head

Then Loc-tite every nut and bolt you can get to, also get some lock washers and put them anywhere you can, you won't regret it in the long run...

My Roketa actually came with very good instructions on assembly.. Much better than my first bike... a Kinroad.

My bike was easy to assemble no lights just install the handlebars all controls hooked up. put on the front wheel, spread the rear suspension and hook up the rear shock.Easily done.

You don't have to be a rocket scientist to assemble one of these, does help to have an extra person around to help you lift it though...

no way, this is what all of you need to invest in

it was 62.99 and worth EVERY penny, it allowed me to move the bike around, lift it, lower it, etc. sits on there well and you can also strap it down.. i love it!

That looks just like the GM Goodwrench lift I got a Wally World for $50, cept mine is blue and has 4 adjustable casters. Lets you wheel it around when your bike/ atv is up on the lift. They sure are better than milk crates lol. NET

P.S. is your garage carpeted? or is that just the grain of the cement? Wish I had an even floor in my garage.
