gy200 legal in pa?
I am looking at a yamoto gy200 which i would like to register. All turn signals, lights etc etc are there, theres a certificate of origin. Thoughts/tips/process? (I know nothing about this)

Pa. has turned into one of the more difficult states to get registerd in. Make sure you can register it before buying.

registering a china bike
I went down to the main dmv in harrisburg and asked what I needed, The mso must match the vin#'s on the frame and or neck, and I had to get a vin# verification form and take it to a bike inspection place and have them sign off on it with their inspection station # ,,,saying the bike matched the mso then i went back to dmv and it went smooth.Also the mso must be original on that fancy paper like titles are printed on,no photo copies.

Welcome to these forums; we are glad you joined us! In regards to registration, I agree with Cal and Fish. Talk to the DMV and learn the requirements for registering this bike, then make sure you can meet those requirements.
