Sorry I didn't catch that. But so you know your fuel filter might be clogged
because of rust.

I can see that you modded yours and I just want to make sure I get the right one from scooters4less.net. is our chains size #420? Once I fix my throttle problem.

The rear one is stock..The front and two jackshaft ones are 17(tooth).
I'm going to experiment by using diff. combinations.Right now
with the 17(t) I'm not "whining" out in 4th gear. However I have lost
about 5 mph at top speed. If the engine had more power the 17(t)
would rock the house.I don't remember chain size but 420 sounds
good .But so do 418.Be careful switching stuff around.....
take no short cuts.Remember you can easily do 65 mph and an
equipment fail will kill you!! (ok that's my public service announcement)

I wood think you should be able to see a spark....
Check the sparkplug "gaping."
Try old plug again if it works.....clean it up and roll with it.
I'll think about it some more....

I got my bike running again and it seems a little better with the newer spark plug but still under WOT in bogs down real bad, I have my air/fuel mixture screw out 3 1/2 turns, my clip is on the middle notch on the pin and I noticed light black smoke coming out of my exhust. That mines i'm rich right? I should drop it down one notch on my pin?Right?

I think your pin is fine.
With the light smoke it sounds like you are running rich.
Remember that little screw I told you about? Try that.
Then adjust air/fuel.

Their is a little screw at the bottom of carb.
Close to the intake manifold(little pipe that leads to engine)
With a short med. size flat head screw driver you can adjust it
but a small "s" shaped works better.

Did you dhange your fuel filter yet???

yes

Can you please give a picture of what you're talking about. I looked and I do see the air/fuel mixture screw towards the engine.

Yeah I changed out the fuel lines and the filter, new plug(NGK), 93 octane, don't what else to do. I'm thinking of moving the clip on the needle down one, what do you think?

Hey Bro,I cant fined my cable to down load pics.
But that screw I'm talking about is brass in color and at the bottom
of the carb.
If you cleaned out your carb you had to take off the"bell."
That little screw is in between the two front screws that hold the "bell"
on.....it is a vertical screw.(unscrew from the bottom.)
And try your choke on the other position.(after starting)
When you fined that other screw be careful unscrewing it.(it has a spring
and it could fall out)I had mine to loose and after a block or two it
fell out.(BAD)I had to bye a whole new carb.

air/fuel?

Okay I got my 115 jet today but come to find out it's the wrong size, I suck again! (the whole jet is to small, doesn't screw in,)RRRRRRR :x

I was messing with my carb again and I tighted the air/fuel screw (the first screw at the bottem facing your intake manifold) all the way and noticed I was bogging down big time in 1st gear, worse in 2nd and so on.... I came to think I need to loosen that screw up half turn by half turn and see if I see any results... I can't do it tonite since it's too late and yesterday we had a snow storm type thing... :?
