Glad you figured out the direct uploading option. That door looks like it's in really nice shape.

Well, got a 2009 klx250sf with 1800 miles on it a few days ago. Traded for my XRL. Figured it was time to go to a smaller and newer bike. Will be upgrading tires and/or rims to a dual sport setting.

Truck is still in paint shop. That's it!

Those are really nice bikes. FastDoc had a non-SM version and it served him very well. I have the predecessor, which is the KLR250; some assembly is still required.

I'm amazed at how over-engineered the bottom end is on my KLR250. It should be a rock-solid bike when I'm done.

Truck is painted! Clear coat is drying and will be buffed and assessed tomorrow. Might get it back by Thursday. Hmmm 1 month later, lol. He's slow but cheap.

Also, klx is running like a top... really loving it. Feel bad for Chinese bike tho, although I did buy it a new battery.

Hmm, well, seems that the price for this truck in good shape is between 3800$ and 5800$ depending on several different variables of course. But, since I can't count my labor, I'm into it 1000$. So, after the Jeep sold, for a small profit and a shotgun, and I paid off some credit card debt, I'm feeling pretty good about it! Downsized to 2 vehicles and a motorcycle or two as well. The longer back story involves all sorts of other wheeling and dealing spanning the course of about 10 years.

Expedition and F150 doors are the same, superficially, but a few issues with interior door panel fitment and handles. Just an FYI. Nothing that can't be overcome tho.

Interior door panel fitment issues, if anyone cares....

Front of plastic door panel has extra insert hole up by mirror. Approx 1"X1". I'm going to use a hole saw and cut it out. Interior door handle that opens latch needs 4 holes to hook to door. Nothing is there that fits. Haven't quite figured that one out, But will. Door bracket for door closer parts need to be attached using bolts. Door latch needs to be switched out, as f150 has a cable and expedition has a rod. Some minor wiring routing issues.

The moulding on the door is missing because the expedition molding was different, and the original was damaged. Unfortunately, a new molding strip is about 85$. I think I can get one already the right color tho, through Ford, but not sure. May have to be painted.
