sounds like your on to some thing.
I'm sure I got a jet for you I'll have to check what size I got.
See if you can tell what size you got in their now.
It will be teeny tiny on the rim.

ok

I'll check to see if I can see what size the main jet is, The hole on the main jet is way small, like really small.... If you got a main jet I could use that would be great I'll hook up some cash.... My local dealers don't sell extra parts (china dealer)...

Yeah I think i'm on to something with that screw, I know it's going to take a while to fingure out.....

Just make sure you dont back it out to far.....and go for a ride.
You will know it fell out when you stop and the chopper dies.
I was able to get it started and keep gasing it and got it home.

yet another problem!

Ok I have another problem now.... When I take the coke off (open position) the bike wants to die and when it's closed it'll stay on like a champ, I even have to ride with the choke on (closed position), it seems like the engine isn't getting the gas that it wants to... When I ease on the throttle it's good, when I go normal on the throttle no good (not WOT, I haven't even got to that point yet!!)

as far as the air/fuel mixture I think it improved a little with it 2 turns out.

this sucks

Well I was out today testing my adjustments and I leaned the bike to hard and who's on the ground in pain? This guy is!!! Yup I dropped my bike but come to find, nothing but both of my pegs broke off (well the screws did pegs are fine) No dents on the bike, no plastic broken, frame is fine and bike still fires up without a doubt.

shit I broke the screws to the pegs  where can I get replacements?

As far as the carb goes I think I'm going to take the bike to a local bike shop and have them work it out... I'm tired of this.... I want to ride my bike to work but can't get on the gas to ride up to at least 50MPH....!!!

Don't be surprised if they give you the run around...
All the moto shops here wont give me the time of day.
They just want to sell a bike and kick you out the door.

new carb!

I'm just going to get a new carb, I think the carb I had was just plain bad (well it does have a crack at the bottem near the fuel outlet) I think this was affecting my WOT The wife say to do it before I take it in to the shop!!

My only real problem is how do I get the nuts out that broke off inside where my pegs go? (The broken nuts are on the the bike itself, the pegs are good and can be reused!)

Yes that is too much. Look on ebay. Less than $50 shipped.

thanks

Thanks for the carb, my bike is running 85%better and I think the other 15% has to do with the air fuel mixture... I'm getting better at this I think :P

Can you please send me in the direction on what site you got your tail light when you changed out your tail light did you use all of the plugins on the white connector? Cause if I replace with a say a red cross tail light what wires are needed for just the brake light and not the signals in the brake light?

i hope i didn't confuse you! hahahaha 8O

Sorry i haven't replied sooner....
I've looked and looked on my book marks and I cant fined were I got it.
Ill try looking for the hard copy and let you know.
For lights you will want to give it a lot of thought in regards to configuration.
I wanted to stay at a certain dollar amount and wanted it to look cool....
In most cases you can only have one...cool OR cheep.
First fined out exactly the colors and light laws regarding motorcycles.
To stay in those parameters will make you less likely to get pulled over.
And give you shit talking rights when you do
Then,... again.....think about how are you going to mount them!!!
This step will save not only money but headache's
In most cases you will most likely have to cut the white plug and splice.
When I get time Ill try to give you a color code. But trial and error worked
for me.
You will fined that the wire is very thin.I would replace the wiring harness
from mid chopper back. Not only was it easier to work with but I would
think thicker wire sends more power.Reliably
One more thing most laws require the tail light to act as a stop/running
light make sure it can do both...some only act as a tail light..some
a brake light.
