2015 Dacia Dokker Van. Bare bones basic, pretty much a renault kangoo but stripped of all luxuries save the electric windows and A/C (that doesn't work, compressor blown) BUT it drinks HALF of the diesel my Nissan Terrano ll does so...

I bought a camp chef camp oven brand new for $100.00 .Turns out the guy is an amazon delivery driver ,lives in a dump ,in the middle of nowhere ,guaranteed banjo music , no socks ,no shoes ,no shirt ,overalls only .He says it was a return ,showed me a return sticker on the box ,says the company doesn’t want it back .I don’t know if any of that is true ,but if it is these amazon guys might be a great source of cheap stuff .There was stuff everywhere around his shack .I am amazed anybody would hire him ,let alone that he has a drivers licence for something other than a donkey .

LOL yea big surprise top gear is bashing on a brand that isn't even trying to be luxurious, the Dokker van has one purpose and one purpose only, to get the job done. It's stripped of most creature comforts for the sole purpose of getting the purchase price as low as ever possible as most commercial drivers, yours truly included, will kit it out to suit the task at hand anyway.

Btw we pronounce the brand differently, around here it's not "deicia" it's datsia.

A 1975 Honda CB750 for $50.
I imagine that because the power plant is an 18hp Briggs & Stratton flat twin with a 3 speed lawn mower transmission is why I was the only bidder.

Good way to put it. I wasn't looking for another project but it showed up on the VJMC FB page. Some folks were miffed but I saw it and thought "How cool is that?"

Picking it up this afternoon.

That is def an interesting bike project Cheesy. I myself picked up another motorcycle and said goodbye to the Jeep YJ in the process. Traded it straight across for this 2004 Honda Shadow Areo trike project.

A new front tire for the GTS, and one night's lodging in a camping site cabin. Not sure if headed home at saturday night or sunday morning yet. Was meant to go to a club meeting and a lake cruise to another camping ground but the covid infections are on such a rise again I cannot risk of getting exposed in a mass event and getting quarantined for two weeks even if I don't catch it myself so rang up an old friend and made plans to do a weekend tour in eastern Finland where I've never been before. Possibly planning to go down an old copper mine turned museum in Outokumpu and cruise along the twisties going through the lakeland area, see Savonlinna city and the castle there, and pretty much just not worry about anything for two days, can't remember the last time I've done that...

Oh and a moomin mug My wife collects them and a new one was released a couple days ago but looks like she got conned by a dodgy site so did some digging and managed to find one woman bootlegging them the next town over. Never paid 50€ for a damn mug before but the karma points added one extra day to the trip above so...
