Wow you guys spend more money on brush guards then I do on tires :
I'm going to try these ones off fleabay. But then I am thrifty, frugal and cheap. I'm sticking with only Chinese made parts . Don't trust any of them fancy Japenese or Merican made ones. Back at all you nay sayers . rj

I'm cheap too. I've. Used those on streetbike for wind protection, for which they work fine, but they are just flimsy plastic and offer no fall Protection, so procede with that in mind...

I'm very sorry, but I don't understand what you're asking.

I'm also cheap; that's one of the reasons I'm here.

I've used these on a few bikes, and they're terrific. Spoilers are also available for them: http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=...id=17327821918

That works out to $9.66 USD.

All China Riders are frugal; that's why we're here.

I was going to order the Taobao 'Acerbis' hand guards, but I decided to wait until my next order, Weld. Can you provide a link for the spoilers? One would also need to buy fat bar adapters for those 'Acerbis' hand guards.

The Tusk hand guards work very well, and are the least expensive, wrap-around hand guards which are available domestically. I have them mounted on my Zongshen ZS200GY-2, and my two Honda motorcycles. Each of the individual parts for these hand guards is also sold separately, and they come in a nice variety of colors.

Thanks for the links, Weld.

I'm still awaiting for the items I ordered to be delivered to my Taobao agent. Therefore, I can still add these items to my current Taobao order. Based upon your experience, how long might it take for these hand guards to be delivered?

Here is a link to an interesting article on tire selection for dual sport/adventure motorcycles.

Incidentally, Rocky Mountain ATV/MC is having a great sale on tire changing stands, and the Tusk Bead Buddy.

I own a very similar version of this tire changing stand, and it is excellent. You will never beat this price of $64.99, which is a superb value.

The Tusk Bead Buddy is an indispensable tool for making the job of tire changing much easier. You won't find a better deal than the sale price of $5.99.

Fishman10, How do you know they won't fit ? I've never had any fat bars and I assumed they were 1" diameter down at the triple clamp and tapered down to 7/8" diameter at the grip ends??????? Oh well, maybe they will fit the NC700x. or being a bonerfide machinist I'll bore the hand guard clamp out 1/8" and see if I can make them work, or not, we'll see, they come with some plastic bushings so maybe they thought ahead for me ?????? rj
