It's definitely a 197cc bike that's for sure , it accelerates and gets up to speed just fine IMO (although it's no 650cc KLR thumper or a 4 cylinder "liter/sports bike" that's for sure )... but I only add 120lbs or so to the bike after all
Still waiting for a response from 360PS before I bother changing out the exhaust (FMF or LEXX) and the Carburetor (30mm Mikuni)... other than that, I wont see much more power until after I drop in a 223cc OHC Honda Engine (IF and WHEN the stock motor goes BOOM )

The bike will fall apart LONG before the engine goes south.

Finally got an email back...
"Hi I have told you this is a display model roketa does not have any of these any more we had these unit in our shop assembled we already gave you $200 in shipping discount because the system never charged you this is not a used dirt bike it is been our showroom never sold it to any one." Ummmm.... No... I was not told that at all until this last email... I was told on the phone by "Manny" that they had 2 Floor Models and they could also order one direct from Roketa if I didn't want a Floor Model... and they didn't even mention the broken/missing pieces in that email... PayPal claim has been filled but I doubt they will do much about it, under the "Not covered by Protection" lists "Vehicles, Motorcycles, etc."... Also forwarding the info to the CC company... from the sounds of things they don't even want to fix/replace the broken/scratched/rusted/missing parts they knew about in the first place (it was their "Floor Model" after all...) Bunch of shady CHUMPS are running 360PowerSports.

Send them the link to this thread, and tell them we are going to warn everyone not to purchase from them in the future, unless they satisfy your complaints.

Lost my camera but when I find it I will post up a nice picture of something else I found... a dry and cut up Foam Air Filter 360 Power Sports made sure I had with the "Ready to Ride Floor Model"... looks like they took a knife and cut a cone out in one spot... then used a hole punch and tagged several holes right on the "Snorkel/Intake/and Filtering" potion...
Good thing I have a couple 43mm UNI Filters coming my way... seeing how 360 Power Sports is acting, I will probably be keeping the bike in "As Is" condition (and let my CC company and PayPal get my $ back)... figure I might as well start fixing it up instead of just looking at it and B****in about it being in a sad state

They are probably way over their head with mail order! They should stick to being a local business, selling to physical customers. Mail order seems too difficult, or they just tried to cut too many corners. Either way, won't be ordering anything from them (and I am looking into a Hawk).

Here's a (small*) parts list of what all is wrong with their "Professionally Assembled Floor Model"... and I'm not listing the parts just because they didn't have any grease after they assembled it... everything listed has something wrong with it when tested...

"Pics or it didn't happen" ... ...
Oh and so far they have officially told me "The bike was never ridden" (had 4.8km when I got it, it was ridden...) and they also offered me "$50 for the damages as we already gave you over $200 off on shipping and assembly fees" uuummmm... WTF!?!? I have dozens of more pics... but you get the idea...

My God that's horrifying! It looks to me like they took a used bike that sat out in the rain and put a speedo on it with 4.8kms.
Pull the plug, shine a light into that hole and see what the piston dome looks like.

Latest email catches them in yet more lies...
Basically saying 'the motorcycle was never ridden and was order 3 months back, it has only been sitting on our floor for that time, again we shipped you a new motorcycle' So how the hell did it end up with 4.8km, that much sun faded scratched up and broken plastics, holes in the air filter, rusted out metals and corroded/burnt electrics in several places... and how the hell did they order it 3 months back when they recently told me (after it was delivered) it's been a discontinued model for a while ?!? and why does it not have a front wheel valve cap?!? Every email I send I state "I have several pictures of all the problems starting from the second it was delivered"... and every email I get back they basically only state "We sent a new floor model that was never ridden"... They refuse to acknowledge any and everything I say to them just to come back with "It was a new floor model, never ridden"... I really hope PayPal and my CC company decide to rule with me on this purchase and NOT with their "fine print", "Purchase Protection does not cover vehicles, motorcycles, parts, etc."...
