t-motorsports is flaky at best, i talked to a lady named samantha and a lady named "angel" that i swear were the same person, and the same goes for a guy named eric, and a guy named mike that were the same...

they never were good with emails, although when i called, they would usually do what i asked of them... even though they tried to give me a bs answer about it before i finally told them to do it anyway....

Their customer service is amazing when you put the order in, but once it gets in there, they drag their feet, make excuses, etc.. i didnt even bother to claim any warranty stuff on some of the little nags i had with the bike, just because i didn't want to deal with it.

I would go thru someone, hell anyone else...

Find a local dealer if possible, its WELL worth the drive as compared to dealing with this online crap.
