And even if he doesn't... "You know where he lives"... just go rev bomb his house at random hours of the night/early morning when the douche will be sleeping sure you will wake some neighbors too... but what else can you really do without getting something major filed back on you
All joking aside, if filing a report does nothing (cops don't give a rats ass unless Drugs are involved), just go about your business... there is a Big Fat B**** named Karma that always gets them in the end

Actual event today
Mq1991...
In honor of your mishap I need to tell my story I was at a college in san Antonio called Utsa today. It was 12.45 lunch hour so traffic was nuts. There is a freeway and a underpass at the entrance. I was passing thru the intersection in my vehicle and to my left I see a cbr (600 mabey) bouncing around at idle speeds next to a tall curb. He had just taken the u turn under the freeway and was looking behind him (at me and rest of traffic) trying to merge. He didn't even realize he had a protected open lane in front of him. He lost balance ,(it was also wet due to a sprinkler that was probably broken) the bike partially climbed the curb and fell over on the curb then bounced out away from the curb almost into the next lane (my lane). Some how during the fall his left knee sustained a 4 inch gash right under the knee cap. His pants was torn so it had to be from some external object. I first thought it was one of those compound fractures you hear about but later thought otherwise. I pulled over along with 3 others to help this kid. He thought he was alright at first and was standing. I grabbed the handle bar and pulled it out of the other lane since it was utter chaos with the traffic. I new better than to try to lift that dead weight. Anyway, moments later he sat down and the pain hit him and really wanted 911! By then a nurse stopped and also helped. And of course the wrecker driver that was already on the phone (I'm sure that's his regular home turf , probably orbiting around that time of the day.) There was lots of help so I had to keep going to my next stop. Traffic was heavy this Thursday, and of course I started noticing lots of wrecks as my journey continued. Those ambulance crews really work their butts off... it was definitely out of the ordinary today.
