The only two door hardtop in the NA Ford lineup that's close to that is the Torino, IIRC.

beautiful car, great lines, great colour.

i suspect the wheelbase is a bit shorter and narrower, more like the mustang.

in the photo it looks almost like burnt orange, but to the eye it is a lighter orange. you can imagine it from looking at the edges of the body. but once she s out in the sun i ll get a better picture.
